Return Policy

Customer has 14 days to make a return. All of our products are made to aspects mentioned on lovebookmarks.com. Packing and shipping is sturdy and will arrive free from damage.

After 7 days product is not considered for a return. Customers is required to pay for all postage and repackaging related for returns and a 3 dollar restocking fee will be held. 

Custom orders are considered “final sale” and are non-refundable. This is because these items are made to specific customer specifications, making them difficult to resell. Once production has begun refunds are far less likely. Depending on the work order production begins asap to meet the required shipping date requested by the client. 

Exchanges are not offered. Each design is unique and selections are final.

All custom and online work orders are kept on file for review and reference. Clients will receive a record for transactions / invoices will have a reference number to track details with the work order.
